Directions
There are several ways to reach us at River's Edge Apartments. Coming from the south take 465 to 31N and head North to 32E. Then take a right and drive about 7 miles to River Road. Turn right on River Road and drive approx. a block, River's Edge entrance will be on the left.
You can also take 465 to 69N , keep heading north until you reach the 37N exit. Take 37N to 32W and turn left. Drive about 3 miles to River Road and turn left on River Road. Drive about one block and turn left into River’s Edge Apt.

Lease Terms
We offer flexible lease terms 6 & 12 months. AT the end of any lease term, the lease shall automatically continue a month-to-month basis, or you may have the option of signing another 6 or 12-month lease. Whenever a resident decided to vacate, the resident must submit a Thirty (30)-day written notice prior to vacating.
Pet Policy
We allow up to two pets per apartment with a combined weight limit of 100 pounds at full growth.
Unfortunately, some dog breeds do not thrive in a community environment. Therefore, we cannot accept the following breeds:
Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, Pincher, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrids. Also, Exotic or Farm Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
We require all vaccinations to be updated prior to acceptance.
Management reserves the right to restrict the admission of other breeds considered by management to unsuitable for admission in an apartment environment.
Parking Policy
Garages and carports are available to rent on a month-to-month basis.
