    Lease Terms

    We offer flexible lease terms of 6 & 12 months. At the end of any lease term, the lease shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, or you may have the option of signing another 6 or 12-month lease. Whenever a resident decides to vacate, the resident must submit a Thirty (30)-day written notice prior to vacating.

  4. Pet Policy

    Pet Policy

    We allow up to two (2) pets per apartment with a combined weight limit of 100lbs at full growth. Unfortunately, some dog breeds do not thrive in a community environment. Therefore we cannot accept the following breeds:

    • Akita
    • American Staffordshire Terrier
    • Bull Terrier
    • Chow
    • Doberman
    • Mastiff
    • Pincher
    • Pitbull
    • Presa Canario
    • Rottweiler
    • Wolf Hybrids

    Also, Exotic or Farm animals are not allowed in the apartments.

    We require all Vaccinations to be updated prior to acceptance.

    Management reserves the right to restrict the admission of other breeds considered by management to be unsuitable for admission in an apartment environment.

    Garages and carports are available to rent on a month-to-month basis.
